MASTER YOUR VINYASA

This incredible workshop is for everyone. Whether you have been practicing for one week or many many years, there is always something to improve about your vinyasa flow. In this two-hour workshop, we will go over every basic mechanic of the movements to assure that every movement you make is giving you the best and most effective results. Let’s make sure you are mastering your vinyasa! 

ALL LEVELS HANDSTANDS

This workshop is designed for everyone. From the truest beginner to the most advanced practitioner. There is something for everyone!

As a master of the handstand, Kris offers understandable and relatable tips, pointers, and drills that will improve your handstand practice immediately no matter what your experience level. Then Kris will work with you as you develop your practice over the years! 

BALANCE & ALIGNMENT FOR CLIMBERS

*custom workshop

This workshop will look at the body as a whole, how it connects, alignment, and balance. We'll use yoga as a functional outlet for creating full body awareness from front to back, left to right, and top to bottom. Our focus will be on training balance and stability to enhance the strength and flexibility it takes to be a climber.

GRIP & INVERSIONS FOR CLIMBERS

*custom workshop

In this workshop, we will work on body position and strengthening through inversions. We'll take your climbing practice, flip it upside down, and give you a whole new perspective on creating the optimal functions and positioning for climbing. We'll also delve into grip strength by examining the function of the hands including drills for engagement.
